Notify your ReviewMate administrator to create a ticket with “Medium” or “Low” priority in JIRA using the link below:
ENHANCEMENTS, such as new reports or new functionality that will help your business to utilize ReviewMate.
You can notify your ReviewMate administrator to create an enhancement ticket on your behalf and ensure you let your account manager understand the desired enhancements.
In cases where your customer or your privacy and security office may need ReviewMate to complete a technical assessment, please work with your account manager to do this.
