Secure and robust management of connections and data is crucial to any operation, and ease of use is critical for ensuring users follow security protocols. With ReviewMate, you get access to an integration management tool that enables a user to receive data from multiple sources, all under one interface that’s easy to digest.
This is what we call an integration. Using ReviewMate’s simple integration interface, users can manage and configure their different connections. This allows for simple and effective data management and security.
ReviewMate also streamlines the process for adding new connections to an integration using an easy, intuitive and user-friendly setup process. With ReviewMate’s integration manager, you can directly pipe stream data right into different reviews and tasks.
The integration system was designed with usability in mind. Having it, enables users to securely and easily manage their different data streams. ReviewMate will empower your users by providing an easy-to-use interface for securing their data.
ReviewMate Integration Manager allows you to set up connections to consume patient information from various abstracting and EMR systems.
ReviewMate Integration Manager allows you to export your audit findings and any billing or coding information to downstream systems.
What is a Connection?
A connection is a logical link between your data source and the ReviewMate database. This link connects the two unique systems under a single workflow that determines the destiny of the coded data. For example, we can configure a link from an Epic EMR system that belongs to Facility A to push IPPS Inpatient coded data into ReviewMate for monthly focus audits. Another connection could be from Facility B or a Medical Group to push ProFee records to Profee randomized audits within ReviewMate.
ReviewMate allows you to set up different and tailored workflows for each logical connection. This feature enables ReviewMate to be a single and centralized platform for all your medical coding reviews.
ReviewMate listeners can consume standard and customized HL7 messages from your broadcasting system.
REST APIs are available for both push and pull coding updates from your Encoder or EMR system.
Upload your data via files to a secure file location. Then an inbound connection can be configured to consume the files in any format, including CSV, Excel, TXT EDI 837/6 and HL7.
ReviewMate has established partnerships with third party technology providers that allow reviewers to directly access the patient medical record from a single platform.
